If anything, everyone is dumber, infinite times more superficial, than the characters in the show. I started reading because people say that it focuses more on Nair, but I just get pissed off at Nate because he’s infinite times more natefused—no, he’s just fucking high—than the show. I don’t get it.

I’ve never really been passionate about either Chair or Dair (maybe because I’m subconsciously just relaxing, dreaming alone on my small Nair ship), but when Dair started sailing, the Chair fans got hysterical and started full on HATING Dan and saying Blair lost herself and everything.

You guys act like Blair is defined by Chuck. Just by getting back with Chuck, doesn’t mean that’s the old Blair. If anything, I’d really prefer a new Blair that gets her shit together better. I want a grown up Blair, who actually proactively pursues her academic interests in the real world rather than constantly having to fight for her love life. This girl, she spent all Season 1, 2, etc. freaking about not getting into Yale, being in NYU, blah blah blah, and where is she now? Falling back on her mother’s company instead of the Blair that tried to actively get an internship at W by herself.

For the record, I’m losing respect for Blair even more now, not because she went back to Chuck, but by how she ended it with Dan. It’s cool, she loves Chuck, we get it. But this ungrateful bitch just doesn’t even send Dan a word or anything after everything they went through. I know Dan cheated on her, but she doesn’t know that, and she was practically about to do the same. She was gunna go off with Chuck without even breaking it off with Dan properly. If not to respect him as her ex, at least respect him as that friend who’s always been of reason to her… unlike y’know… crackwhore Serena who just completely collapsed with her character development if there was one ever.

I don’t know about anyone, but did anyone really BELIEVE Dair would be endgame? Chair fans, don’t get smug, and shove it in the Dair shippers’ faces. We all knew it was going to be inevitable. Chair fans are just getting damn arrogant!

If Leighton Meester were younger, I’d actually vote her as a Piper McLean dream cast. Maybe that would make Piper McLean actually more likable!

slash get her out of the UES by season 6 since Leighton Meester is leaving after this season. It would’ve made more sense if she was just whisked away to Monaco after this season, but she’s getting divorced now. Will she just move to Brooklyn with Dan, and no one will ever hear from Brooklyn again?
